Our focus areas are:

Organic Agriculture
We link our own Rhiza Farms with our Social Enterprise Munching Mongoose, where we sell locally sourced lekkerness to primarily suburban households. We deliver locally sourced, organic products.

Skills Development and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Our skills development venture is called Tabula Rasa, through this venture, we offer learnerships in IT NQF Level 4 and 5. These are linked to relevant vendor-based IT skills. We link our graduates to IT based BPO opportunities, currently focused on Cyber Security and Search Engine Optimisation.

Enterprise Development and Clothing Manufacturing
Our Enterprise and Supplier Development programme includes Business Hub Management, incubation and acceleration programmes, where entrepreneurs receive essential resources such as professional spaces, business coaching, mentorship, and access to funding. In Diepsloot, our retail manufacturing factory supports graduates from our Fashion & Design Program, allowing them to manufacture textile products sold in major retailers and for corporate gifting.

Edufinance
We provide innovative financing solutions to Early Childhood Development centres (ECDs). We provide ECDs with loans from R1 000 to R150 000. The interest on the loans is repayable to the ECDs based on various developmental improvements measured with the learners of the ECD.

Private Healthcare
Our nursepreneur network model provides nurses with the opportunity to own their own private health clinic, focused on primary healthcare services. The nursepreneur is trained in entrepreneurship and receives the clinic as part of a loan, that is repayable through revenue over a period of 5-7 years.
